Qty.: One (1) DC-12 "Flex Arm Assembly"

This is a replacement part for your out of warranty DC-12 Kit.
Your DC-12 Kit came with a comprehensive One Year Warranty, so if it's been a year or less since you bought your DC-12 Kit and this part broke, take advantage of your warranty by sending us an email with a picture of the broken part and we'll send you a free, new and improved one. (we're always improving) It's that simple.
 
This part comes fully assembled (why it's called an assembly)
and is composed of the "Carrier" (the black part that attaches to the door) and the "Flex Arm" (the bendy green plastic part).

 To install: Refer to the instructions and all safety protocols.
Unbolt the old "Flex Arm Assembly" from the door, yank the Flex Arm out of the Receiver.
Install the new Flex Arm Assembly according to the instructions
