Qty: One (1) DC-12™ "Flex Arm Assembly"

This is a replacement part for your out of warranty DC-12™ Kit.

Your DC-12™ Kit came with a comprehensive "No Fault" One Year Warranty, so if it's been a year or less since you received your DC-12™ Kit and a part broke, take advantage of your warranty by sending us an email to:  DC-12@intechbearing.com
Please include your name, your order number (if available) a photo of the broken part and we'll send you a free, new and improved one. It's as simple as that.
 
This part comes fully assembled and is composed of the "Carrier" (the black part that attaches to the door) and the "Flex Arm" (the flexible green composite part) and two (2) new socket cap machine screws for your installation.

To install: Refer to the installation instructions and please remember to 
follow all safety protocols during the install. Wear protective eyewear and gloves..
Unbolt the old "Flex Arm Assembly" from the door, yank the Flex Arm out of the Receiver. Install the new Flex Arm Assembly according to the installation instructions
